About Me

I am a licensed mental health therapist based in Miami, FL, with deep roots in this vibrant community. Born and raised here, I am proud of my Cuban heritage, which has greatly influenced my approach to therapy. From a young age, I have been fascinated by the human mind and psychology, which led me to pursue a career dedicated to understanding and supporting individuals on their mental health journeys.

I am passionate about helping others and empowering them to become their best selves. I work to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic support to guide my clients through life’s challenges. I believe that everyone’s path to well-being is unique, and I am committed to walking alongside them as they navigate their personal growth.

A key motivation for me is providing personalized, high-quality care that truly meets each client’s unique needs. I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood, and can move through life transitions and greater fulfillment with insight and inner strength.
